About Us.
With over 15 years in the business we have created a system of deficiency rectification, we have helped tower after tower correcting almost any problem.
Well, We are in the business of saving you money we fix what’s broken as opposed to replacing it, quite often in the contracting business expensive items sustain damage during or after the building process. That’s where we come in We specialize in fixing the unfixable. Here’s an example. Let’s say you’re putting the finishing touches on a brand new bathroom. Hypothetically speaking someone drops something over the bath tub causing it to chip the pristine porcelain surface. A typical course of action would be to order a new tub and perform the installation all over again. This can cost thousands of dollars. We offer a way to repair the item at a significantly lower cost.
Projects finished for our clients across U.S.A’s.
is the average amount our clients can save working with us vs buying new stuff.
In 2009 we received a Gold Medal for our work getting the village ready for the 2010 Winter Olympics.
Units completes in all of the largest cities nationwide.

Starline Solutions
Our Client’s
Trevor Poirier
“Had the pleasure of working with Starline solutions on the building of our second Yagger’s Restaurant & Sports Bar in the Kitsilano area last fall. The whole crew was knowledgeable and helpful in our construction. When we hit snags – they didn’t just present the problem, they offered solutions (and economical solutions too). Best part was when they not only met their estimate deadline, but they exceeded it. And as anyone knows in business, every day that we remained under construction, equates into lost sales – and Starline actually gained us sales. You can’t ask for much more than that! I highly recommend Starline solutions!”
Tom Bruvold
“During this project it was obvious that Starline management was extremely conscientious regarding the quality of workmanship, safety of their employees and the sub-contractors and adherence to the construction schedule. They also worked closely with us to minimize change orders and cost overruns. We will be working together again and I can proudly recommend them to my colleagues and to all other trades.”
Angela Wakefield
“Starline Solutions has been involved with deficiency repairs at the Shangri-La Vancouver, Woodward’s and the Fairmont Pacific Rim for Westbank Projects Corp.”
Des Clark
“I have been very happy with the level of service provided by Starline Defiency Solutions and the professionalism of their staff. The staff members are well trained in a diverse skill set, always on time, and extremely personable. I am more than happy to recommend this company to any one needing work as they take extreme pride in everything they do.”
Mike Pilling
“The Fairmont Pacific Rim was chosen to host the Annual Fairmont Leadership Conference this past March. 144 of our rooms were occupied by Fairmont’s Corporate office, GM’s, Director of Operations, and Director of Sales. To say we had some very discerning guests would be an understatement. Although our product is less than a year old our hallways were showing a bit of wear and tear, mostly from luggage carts and house keeping carts. We realized that this was what our VVIP guests would see the first instant when they would arrive on the guest floors.”
